Almost all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of funds (checks can take a week to clear). Usual delivery is within a week of receipt of funds, this is not a guarantee as our workload, inventory and delivery times through the Post office, Fedex and UPS can vary by several days. Large size is shipped by Domestic PRIORITY MAIL with 2-5 day travel time to most areas. Jumbo size is sent by Post office, Fedex or UPS. If you need your mirror faster or have an important deadline please call us to ensure a rush delivery or to arrange an overnight shipment. Overseas orders are accepted but can not always be rushed...Customs in some countries can cause significant delays. We will not be held liable for delays due to postal or express delivery carriers. If it is a rush situation and it is very important that it arrives on time please let us know and be ready to pay for the additional express delivery costs if necessary. Please include your complete shipping address and exactly what mirrors and quantities you want in any request for quote. Using our buy it now buttons will process via Pay Pal ( You do not need an account ), be sure to check your address and delivery information carefully.

We do our best to efficiently process, pack and ship your order so you can get it ASAP. Remember your order is important to us and so are all the others we get. Each is processed in turn. If you pay for a RUSH delivery we make every effort to ship it out the same or next business day depending on the time of day the order and payment arrives in our database. Some payments like check may take additional days to clear. Workload varies from day to day but Rush orders are always placed as the first to be processed and shipped. If your package arrives late (per our guidelines) contact us and we will be able to track the entire transaction and find an equitable solution to any issue. All shipments have a risk of delay or loss - we always insure them. We do our best to ensure that our part of the transaction is correct. It is your responsibility to carefully check all information sent to us.

* Domestic lower 48 state delivery originates from Georgia or Ohio...usual delivery for priority mail is 2-5 days but in cases where packages are sent to the farthest points of the USA we have seen 7-10 day delivery times, especially where weather is a concern. UPS also has a range of 3-5 days for Ground but with unforeseen delays can also take on average 5-7 days to reach California and points far from us. We will absorb some additional postage due to any delays on our part, but any additional postage deemed necessary to ensure arrival by deadlines will be required prior to our shipping the materials.

We try our best to keep a large stock of perfect mirrors and ship as fast as we can to all locations...BUT unexpected delays and damage can happen with any shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible and we can reship, sometimes for free. Mirrors that arrive late for your event but within our guidelines above are considered your property, if returned (after we agree to a return) in perfect condition we will refund the purchase price less our shipping costs, transaction fees and our order handling. Post office delayed packages will be credited as lost after 3+ weeks of non delivery. We have been selling this same product for over 19 years.

Returns- If there is a valid reason you can not use the mirrors after they have arrived and are unopened you may call us to determine if we will accept a return. As our profit margin is very low you will be responsible for our primary shipping costs to you, associated fees via pay pal or credit card and return shipping costs. No refunds will be made until the items have returned to us and have been carefully checked for damage, at this point we will issue a refund based on our opinion of the resale value of the items, total costs expended for the transaction and packing materials if necessary. Returns account for less than 1 out of 500 of our transactions. We do try to accommodate special circumstances but will not accept gently used and returned items. If you are not sure this product is right for you please get a sample small size first and be sure. Thank you!

EXTRA SHIPPING Outside Lower 48 USA and CANADA or RUSH DELIVERY - Please check for proper rate at www.usps.gov. Each large weighs 1 pound a jumbo weighs 4 pounds. We do not guarantee delivery date...these shipments are at your risk. You can tell us the delivery method you prefer. If there is any question we will email or call you to clarify all details before we ship. We can ship USPS, UPS and Fedex international to most countries. If you can not figure out your delivery cost send us an email with complete shipping details, how many mirrors and what sizes you need and your phone number. Include all information with every email as we do not keep running files for every inquiry. If you did not include enough US dollars to cover shipping we will send a Pay pal request for additional funds, you can either pay or cancel the order.

FOREIGN ORDERS -PRICE QUOTES We get requests from all over the world each week. While we are happy to ship by the best means possible. We will need the following before we can get the best price for your shipment. Please email us this information so we can quote you the true costs. carnivalmirror@aol.com 1. Your complete Name, Address and Phone number. 2. Exactly how many mirrors of each size you want. Prices change dramatically depending on size and weight of the shipment. Jumbo is oversized to many countries and may be very expensive to ship to some locations. If you get a high shipping cost please consider using the large size instead. We use the US Post office unless the package is oversized for their delivery service. A Small mirror 5.5" by 8.5" will ship at the normal prices on this site even if we lose money. A large mirror 24" by 54" will usually be an additional $28-$50 to ship one, $40-60 for two or three and $45-70 for four. Jumbo Mirrors can cost anywhere from $40 to $200 to ship as they are 4" by 4" by 48" and weigh 4 pounds. Usually we can ship by US postal service but to a few countries it is an oversized package and we must use Fedex or UPS. These costs are estimates and for example only. The only way to get an accurate cost to ship is by emailing us. Please email us, if your English is difficult to understand, we can have most foreign languages translated but do not have full time staff that can speak every language. Foreign orders require extra effort and compensation to our staff to sometimes stand at the post office and fill out forms. The cost to ship may be in addition to our web pricing for domestic orders. Please help us to continue to offer our unique low cost item to your region without a price increase. The post office has continued to raise prices for deliveries to almost all foreign countries. We have no control over their pricing. The only way to make the cost to ship more economical is to buy more than one, delivery of an additional large mirror is typically only another $4-5 USD.

Credits are given only if product arrived damaged in which case we must be notified within 48 hours of its arrival, all other refunds are at the sole discretion of the Carnival Mirror staff. Please order a sample small size before placing any multi mirror orders if you are unsure of the suitability of our product. Items returned damaged after use will not qualify for a refund, it is your responsibility to insure any shipment and to repackage if necessary to ensure product arrives to us intact. Please call if any questions exist. The normal policy is one replacement pending staff approval. Order early to ensure you get it when you need it....delays happen....please plan ahead.
